Job summary

MediCureBridge is seeking a Sales/Training Manager to guide the Islamabad team. You will set weekly targets for consultations and bookings, ensure follow-ups are completed, and coach consultants on honest provider comparisons and clear communication.

You will also coordinate escalations with providers and the 24/7 coordination team, while recruiting, training and reporting on the consultant team. The role is on-site in Islamabad.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a customer-facing team, ideally in healthcare, travel or consultative sales.
• Excellent English and sound judgement on what a consultant may and may not say to a patient.
• Ability to review follow-up quality, not just volumes.
• Calm leadership when patients or providers are under stress.

Responsibilities

• Set weekly targets for consultations arranged and bookings confirmed.
• Review every request's follow-up in the CRM and unblock stalled patients.
• Coach consultants on fair provider comparison and clear, honest communication.
• Coordinate escalations with providers and the 24/7 coordination team.
• Recruit, train and report on the consultant team.
