Job summary

DCC Consultants seeks a skilled PHP/Laravel developer to design, build, and maintain healthcare applications, implement secure REST APIs, and optimize queries for EMR/EHR and patient management platforms.

You will work on frontend with React/Next.js, backend with Node.js, deploy in the cloud, ensure HIPAA-aligned data handling, and participate in CI/CD and security hardening; night PKT shift applies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on PHP and Laravel experience.
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database development.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain healthcare applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Design secure, scalable Laravel architectures and APIs for EMR/EHR.
• Develop Laravel services, controllers, middleware, jobs, and notifications.
• Manage DB schemas, migrations, and data integrity; optimize queries.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and audit trails; protect PHI.
• Integrate third-party healthcare APIs; support AI-assisted modules.
• Collaborate in sprints, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Deliver clean, tested, and well-documented code; support deployments and maintenance.
