Qualifications

• Understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and care management.
• Familiarity with care coordination, population health, and utilization management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze consumer feedback, clinical data, and performance data to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop journey maps, service blueprints, and improvement plans to enhance healthcare experiences.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, product, technology and business teams to implement experience solutions.
• Monitor feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement across digital, phone, and in-person channels.
• Define success measures and track impact of improvements on experience, quality, efficiency, and outcomes.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders to align priorities and actions.
