Qualifications

• 2-3 years in data management and analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support the operations team using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Analyze & management of the data to identify trends and insights, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis through SQL.
• Present data findings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations, monitor KPIs, and support ad-hoc data analysis.
• Create program reports, briefs, newsletters, and high-quality visuals; lead program events and workshops; support communication calendars.
