Job summary

CureMD Corporation in Lahore is seeking an Data Engineer specializing in ETL to design and optimize data integration pipelines for healthcare data. You will migrate databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL) to the CureMD Platform, and implement data scraping with Python.

Strong communication with stakeholders is essential. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of migration experience, a CS/SE degree, and familiarity with on-premises and cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience with data migration strategies in on-premises and cloud environments.
• Experience with SQL Server 2008+, PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Proficiency in SQL with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Data scraping experience in Python.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Healthcare IT domain experience is highly preferred.
• O/A levels background is an advantage.
• Familiarity with backup, recovery, snapshot management and partitioning tools.
• Hands-on ELT/ETL workflow development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to users for healthcare data migrations.
• Deliver best practices, sample code, and technical presentations.
• Gather requirements from clients and ensure successful project delivery.
• Migrate transactional databases to the CureMD Platform (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Data scraping using Python.
• Collaborate with healthcare clients to design, plan, manage, and troubleshoot migrations.
