Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Public Health, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with spreadsheets and data sets; strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or other productivity-enhancing technologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, cleaning, validation, and analysis to inform patient engagement strategies.
• Maintain and organize databases, trackers, dashboards, and documentation to support operational and reporting needs.
• Automate internal workflows and reporting processes using tools such as Google Apps Script.
• Explore and apply emerging AI tools to improve team efficiency and patient outreach effectiveness.
• Assist in coordinating timelines and deliverables across cross functional teams.
• Collaborate on technology driven initiatives that enhance the patient journey and operational processes.
• Prepare summary reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights and recommendations.
