Qualifications

• Fresh graduate in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Engineering, Business, Economics, Management Sciences
• 0–6 months of experience in research, technology research, business analysis, strategy, or related analytical role
• Strong interest in AI, technology, business, strategy, operations, and innovation
• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to understand, analyze, compare, and simplify complex information
• Good communication, documentation, and presentation skills
• Curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Research AI, emerging technologies, software, industry trends, and technology-driven opportunities.
• Conduct market, business, competitor, industry, and strategic research.
• Evaluate AI tools, technologies, products, and solutions based on use cases, capabilities, limitations, cost, and business value.
• Research business growth opportunities, new markets, services, business models, and competitive positioning.
• Analyze business operations, workflows, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Research and support SOPs, workflows, process documentation, and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, technology adoption, and process optimization.
• Support technology benchmarking, basic POCs, and innovation initiatives.
• Prepare research reports, competitor analysis, technology assessments, SOPs, presentations, and executive summaries.
• Use AI-powered research tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and NotebookLM.
• Collaborate with different departments to research business challenges and identify practical solutions.
