Oladoc's Fit by oladoc division in Lahore is hiring a Sales Executive to close high-volume tele-sales with health and wellness offers. You will engage trial users, build rapport, and convert them into paying members through phone and WhatsApp conversations.

This role suits fresh graduates or professionals who thrive on targets, enjoy talking on the phone, and can handle objections with confidence. Training is provided to cover health basics and product details.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience, fresh graduates welcome.
• Confident, persuasive speaker on the phone all day.
• Able to handle high daily call volume and long conversations.
• Natural negotiator who can close sales.
• Target-driven with motivation to beat numbers.
• Fluent in Urdu and English; comfortable with Roman Urdu.
• Disciplined with follow-ups and keeping the CRM/tracker clean.

Responsabilités

• Make a high volume of trial-user calls by phone and WhatsApp.
• Build rapport fast and steer conversations toward paid memberships.
• Guide users to a free nutrition consultation and follow through to conversion.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and close with confidence.
• Hit and beat monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Log leads, calls, and follow-ups in the tracker.
• Provide real user feedback to the product team.
