Job summary

EasyLife Stack in Islamabad invites a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive adoption of Mehfooz. You will visit shops, pharmacies, and distributors, present the app, conduct live demos, generate leads, and move trial users toward paid subscriptions.

You will build relationships in the territory, meet monthly targets, and keep detailed records of visits, follow-ups, trials, and conversions, while communicating market requirements and competitive feedback to management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort meeting shop owners and decision-makers directly.
• Strong interest in field sales and hitting targets.
• Ability to explain software or technology in simple terms.
• Basic understanding of smartphones, apps and digital tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in territory.
• Ability to maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
• Experience in field/software/fintech/sales advantageous; fresh candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Visit shops, retailers, pharmacies, and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Identify potential Mehfooz customers and demonstrate the app.
• Conduct live product demos and explain features per business needs.
• Generate leads and convert trials into paid subscriptions.
• Meet monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Maintain organized records of leads, visits, follow-ups, trials and conversions.
• Build long-term customer relationships in the territory.
• Report feedback to management on market needs and competitors.
• Assist new customers during onboarding.
• Represent Mehfooz professionally in the local market.
