Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
Culinary degree or related certification preferred.
In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards.
Ability to lead and train a team of pastry cooks.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Creativity and passion for creating visually appealing desserts.

Responsibilities

Train and supervise pastry staff, ensuring high quality standards are met.

Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus and ensure timely food preparation.
Manage food costs by implementing portion control measures.
