Job summary

Value Engineering Pakistan is seeking an Employee Engagement Specialist to enhance the employee experience through engaging events and wellbeing programs across our Pakistan office.

You will plan celebrations, onboarding experiences, pulse surveys, and social initiatives, partnering with HR to foster belonging and collaboration.

This role focuses on shaping a positive culture and ensuring employees feel valued, connected, and motivated throughout their journey with the organization.

Qualifications

• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and cultural events.
• Organize monthly birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, festive events, and recognition programs.
• Design and implement employee wellbeing initiatives focusing on physical, mental, and social wellness.
• Coordinate gaming activities, competitions, team-building events, and recreational programs to strengthen collaboration.
• Lead onboarding and welcome sessions to deliver an outstanding first-day experience for new hires.
• Own the end-to-end People Experience journey by continuously improving employee touchpoints from onboarding to off boarding.
• Conduct employee pulse surveys, collect feedback, and recommend initiatives to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Manage employee clubs, social committees, and community-building activities.
• Partner with HR and department heads to promote a culture of appreciation, inclusion, collaboration, and belonging.
• Create engaging internal communications, newsletters, and awareness campaigns for organizational initiatives.
• Track engagement metrics, participation rates, and employee satisfaction, presenting actionable insights to management.
• Support CSR, volunteer, and community engagement activities where applicable.
