Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience with supervisory/managerial exposure.
• Deep expertise in Windows and Linux server administration, hardening, and performance tuning.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in VMware virtualization platforms.
• Comprehensive networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs.
• Experience managing corporate email systems such as Microsoft 365/Exchange, MDaemon, Barracuda.
• Familiarity with macOS endpoint management and enterprise IT productivity tools.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, leadership, and stakeholder communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, monitor, troubleshoot, patch, and optimize Windows and Linux server environments.
• Manage VMware virtualization infrastructure, VM storage, backup, recovery, and high availability.
• Oversee enterprise network architecture including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs.
• Administer and troubleshoot email systems including MDaemon, Barracuda, and Microsoft 365/Exchange.
• Provide endpoint management for macOS and related enterprise hardware.
• Support collaboration tools and conferencing solutions including Microsoft 365 and Zoom.
• Ensure disaster recovery, backup integrity, cybersecurity defenses, access controls, and 24/7 monitoring.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely resolution and asset lifecycle management.
