Job summary

HiredAbhi is seeking a Head of Internal Audit to lead the function, ensure compliance, manage risks, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. The role reports directly to the CEO and requires strong leadership and stakeholder liaison abilities.

Qualified Chartered Accountant with Big 4 experience and at least 10 years in manufacturing (preferably listed) are essential, with excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with Big 4 audit experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing sector, preferably in listed companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal audit plans aligned with company objectives and annual audit plan.
• Lead a team of internal auditors across all functions ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
