Qualifications

• CA/ACMA/ACCA with valid professional membership

Responsibilities

• Formulate annual risk-based internal audit plans, direct forensic investigations, evaluate COSO internal control frameworks, liaise with external statutory auditors, and present findings to the Audit Committee.
• Internal Audit Leadership, IFRS Compliance, Fraud Risk Management, COSO Internal Control, Statutory Tax Compliance, Corporate Governance Codes.
