Job summary

HDDP Consultants is seeking a Head of Hospitality to lead strategy and operations for a network of hospitality and F&B units in Islamabad. The role drives guest experience, menu development, cost control, and revenue growth across venues.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years in hospitality, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, preferably in hotel chains or multi-unit F&B operations. Certification in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hospitality and F&B business strategy.
• Oversee daily operations across hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering units.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service quality.
• Manage menu development, food quality, kitchen operations, and F&B cost control.
• Drive revenue through occupancy optimization, F&B sales, and upselling.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house staffing and training.
• Manage vendors, procurement, and F&B supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, health & safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage hospitality budgets, cost controls, and P&L performance.
• Lead marketing and promotional activities for hospitality and F&B outlets.
• Build and develop high-performing hospitality teams.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery.
• Identify new revenue opportunities through events, catering, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, F&B Management, or Business Administration.

Experience: 12–15 years of experience in hospitality and F&B operations.

Leadership Experience: At least 5 years in a senior management role.

Preferred: Experience in hotel chains, restaurant groups, or multi-unit F&B operations.

Certification from a reputable hospitality institution is preferred.
