Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a Content Lead to drive large-scale content operations and optimize product catalogs for conversion. You’ll lead a 50+ member team within the Commercial Content group, aligning workflows with revenue goals and delivering measurable GMV impact.

You’ll own end-to-end content workflows—from onboarding and translations to promotional requests—while building structured dashboards to track productivity and turnaround times.

• Strong leadership experience managing large operational teams
• Deep understanding of content operations, catalog management, or marketplace environments
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills with data-driven insights
• Strong analytical thinking with a performance-driven mindset
• Ability to balance merchant expectations with internal priorities
• Process-oriented with a passion for automation and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 50+ member content operations team to deliver high-quality catalog output at scale
• Oversee end-to-end product content workflows including onboarding, updates, translations, and promotional requests
• Ensure SLA compliance and optimize case handling performance across content operations
• Build and maintain structured reports and dashboards to track productivity, turnaround times, and GMV impact
• Collaborate with merchants and internal commercial teams to align content execution with revenue goals
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Drive automation initiatives (data scraping, structured catalog uploads, image optimization workflows) to enhance operational efficiency
