CodeNinja is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer to design, build, and operate AI-powered software systems that deliver immediate, real-world value. This role sits at the intersection of software engineering, product engineering, and applied AI, focusing on practical implementation rather than research.

You will develop agentic systems, enable model context management, and integrate AI capabilities into production applications, internal workflows, and customer-facing products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in building and operating production AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems and tool selection.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) in production.
• Knowledge of models, prompts, and context management.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and operate production-grade AI-powered software systems.
• Develop agentic systems that autonomously select tools and tasks.
• Implement MCP or equivalent to manage context and memory.
• Translate product requirements into scalable AI-enabled implementations.
• Ensure AI systems are observable, secure, and reliable.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver AI features.
