Job summary

3Amigos is seeking an AI Automation Engineer in Lahore, Pakistan to develop production-grade AI-powered workflows. You will design, implement, and monitor automation that safely orchestrates models and tools via APIs and queues.

The role combines software engineering with prompt and tool design, evaluation, safeguards, and human-in-the-loop operations, requiring strong English communication for client-facing work.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience in production environments.
• Experience building AI-driven automation workflows.
• Experience integrating APIs and data pipelines.
• Familiar with evaluating LLMs and implementing safeguards.
• Excellent written and spoken English for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Map business workflows and identify safe, measurable automation opportunities.
• Integrate models and tools from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, and Codex where appropriate.
• Build APIs, queues, validation, fallbacks, and human review steps.
• Create evaluations and monitoring for quality, cost, latency, and failure modes.
• Document systems so clients and engineers can operate them confidently.
