Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must have own visa and be able to provide proof of accommodation in Karachi.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Present menus and take orders from guests.
• Serve food and beverages to guests according to their preferences.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and address any issues or complaints from guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area including tables, chairs and floors.
• Collect payments from guests and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with setting up tables for events or parties as needed.
