Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Executive to spearhead our lead generation efforts and support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at utilizing LinkedIn and other digital channels to identify and engage prospective clients, as well as collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion rates. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth through targeted outreach campaigns, relationship building, and strategic business development planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute lead generation initiatives through LinkedIn and other digital platforms to identify and connect with high-potential prospects.
  • Develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns aimed at generating quality leads for the business development team.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to streamline the lead nurturing process and optimize conversion rates.
  • Analyze lead generation metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment between lead generation activities and business goals.
  • Assist in the formulation and execution of strategic business development plans aimed at driving revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Support the sales team in prospecting efforts, including lead qualification and initial outreach to potential clients.
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales activities.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales collateral and marketing materials to enhance business development efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in driving sustainable business growth, specialize in crafting data-driven strategies, optimizing customer acquisition funnels, and identifying untapped market opportunities to scale revenue and brand presence.
  • Prior experience in business development or sales within the tech, digital, or immersive experiences industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to revenue growth initiatives through innovation and strategy.
