Job summary

ExDimension Inc is seeking a Business Development Manager in Lahore to drive growth for its online fertilizer trade platform. You will identify and onboard traders, distributors, suppliers, and customers, while leading a 15-person team and coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in business development or commercial trading within the fertilizer sector, with strong CRM, pipeline management, and partnership development skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development or commercial trading
• Fertilizer or agricultural inputs industry experience preferred
• Strong CRM, pipeline management, and sales reporting skills
• Willingness to travel for market visits and partner engagements

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard traders, distributors, suppliers, and customers to grow platform users
• Develop and execute sales plans to hit targets and increase transactions
• Generate leads via outbound calls, campaigns, referrals, events, and market visits
• Maintain long-term relationships with trading partners for repeat business
• Negotiate pricing, commissions, and terms within guidelines
• Coordinate with service, operations, finance, and logistics for smooth trades
• Monitor fertilizer market trends to inform strategy
• Support users during registration, listings, inquiries, and trading process
• Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns for qualified leads
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and performance reports
• Lead a team of 15, coaching and performance management
• Travel to build partnerships and conduct market research
