Job summary

Translation Empire PK is seeking an Ads Campaign Specialist to manage, optimize, and analyze digital ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions from our Pakistan-based team.

You will conduct keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, monitor performance, and generate actionable reports while staying current with platform changes. Office-based role in Bahria Town Ph 7 Office, Pakistan.

Qualifications

1+ years of proven experience managing PPC and digital ad campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive campaign improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience working for the UK market is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

Plan, create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and develop compelling ad copy to maximize performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making adjustments to improve CTR and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure ads align with overall campaigns and brand objectives.
Research and evaluate competitor ad strategies and industry trends to inform campaign improvements.
Generate clear and insightful reports on ad performance, with recommendations for optimization.
Stay updated on changes in digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and best practices to ensure campaign success.
