Job summary

DBS Solutions in Johar Town Lahore (Onsite) is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function, drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth across digital and offline channels. You will plan campaigns, manage the marketing team and budget, collaborate with Sales, Product and Customer Success, and strive for measurable results.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, 5–7 years of experience, and a proven track record of delivering ROI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven record of planning and delivering campaigns that produced measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing: paid ads, SEO, email, social media and marketing automation.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite or similar.
• Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
• Strong project and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy and plan, aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, content, events and offline channels.
• Manage brand identity, tone of voice and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
• Oversee performance marketing (Google, Meta and others), SEO and content marketing to generate quality leads at an efficient cost.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget, tracking spend against results and improving ROI.
• Work closely with Sales to define lead quality, improve conversion and ensure a smooth handover of leads.
• Coordinate with Product, Design and Customer Success on launches, promotions and customer communication.
• Lead, mentor and set goals for the marketing team, including designers, content writers and executives.
• Manage agencies, freelancers and vendors, including briefs, timelines and quality control.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to spot opportunities and inform strategy.
• Track KPIs (traffic, leads, CAC, conversion rate, retention, campaign ROI) and present clear reports to leadership.
• Test new channels, formats and ideas through structured experiments.
