Job summary

hrsi seeks an experienced Group Management Accountant to join the Finance team in Karachi. The role oversees monthly group management accounts, consolidations across jurisdictions, budgeting, forecasting, and rigorous financial reporting for global offices.

You will spearhead IFRS/VAT compliance, internal controls, and audits, coordinating with auditors and senior finance stakeholders. Big Four or top-tier consultancy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CA/CIMA qualification is mandatory.
• 8–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong expertise in group consolidations and multi-jurisdictional reporting.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Xero, or equivalent.
• Advanced MS Excel and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Our client, a fast-growing international Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) consultancy, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Group Management Accountant to join their Finance team.

Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Department: Finance
Reports To: Group Senior Finance Manager / Director – Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly group management accounts and consolidations across multiple jurisdictions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
• Manage reconciliations, audit preparation, and financial reporting processes
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Support multi-entity financial reporting and stakeholder management across global offices
• Coordinate with auditors and support statutory reporting requirements

Requirements:

• ACCA / CA / CIMA qualified (mandatory)
