Job Purpose: Grid Manager will be responsible for all major KPIs including Sales, Revenue, Business Development, Mobile Broadband, Trade Visibility, Channel Universe Development, and Cell Sites Utilization within a specific grid.
Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on revenue growth from 3G and 4G sales, including handset sales by deploying new smartphone shops and enhancing the quality of existing retailers and shops.
- Ensure quality of gross ads and 3G/4G gross additions.
- Expand channels (SIM Selling, MNP, VAS, MBB, ECATs, Postpaid) by identifying high-potential areas within the grid.
- Ensure timely purchase orders by franchises to maintain stock availability.
- Manage complaints, monitor CSI, ensure quality assurance, and oversee customer experience at franchises.
- Identify untapped areas and guide teams to increase retail penetration using EDS and other strategies.
- Ensure staff and retailers are trained and knowledgeable about products.
- Guide BDOs in planning sales routes and prepare sales forecasts for SIMs, scratch cards, mini loads, and recharges.
- Coordinate with the Regional Sales Head to implement localized sales promotions in low-performance areas.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
- At least 5 years of work experience.
