Premier NX in Lahore is seeking a highly creative Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will develop graphics for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency and engaging visual storytelling.

The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a eye for typography and color, and the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to delivery. Night shift on-site support in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• 3D design software experience such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Strong typography, color theory, composition and layout skills.
• Ability to develop concepts, storyboards and visual content plans.
• Experience in visual storytelling and adapting content for multiple platforms.

Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Visual Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and visual content creation, with a keen eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life through innovative visual solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling designs and visual content that align with our brand identity and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual content for various digital and print media, including websites, social media, video content, marketing materials, and presentations.
• Design engaging visual content for videos, promotional campaigns, social media, and interactive media.
• Conceptualize and execute creative design solutions that meet marketing and branding needs.
• Manage multiple design and visual content projects from concept through completion, ensuring timely delivery and high standards of quality.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines.
• Maintain consistent communication with team members and clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for the brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to enhance the creative process.
• Work closely with copywriters, developers, and marketing teams to integrate visual elements into cohesive campaigns.
• Present design concepts and visual content to stakeholders, explaining design rationale and incorporating feedback into revisions.
• Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, or agencies as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design and visual content software.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and visual content creation.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and visual content work.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
