Job summary

Melcor, a technology and AI-focused software company, is seeking a creative Graphic Designer in Lahore to translate ideas into clear, engaging visuals across social media, websites, and campaigns.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Media, and Product teams to shape Melcor's brand, produce videos and motion graphics, and maintain consistency in typography, color, and layout.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Strong portfolio across digital design, social media, branding, marketing creatives and visual communication.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, Stories, Reels, thumbnails, banners, ads, presentations, infographics and campaign creatives for multiple platforms.
• Create and edit short-form videos, motion graphics, product demos, subtitles, transitions, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Media, and Product teams to turn briefs and ideas into effective visual content.
• Maintain Melcor's visual identity across platforms through typography, color, layout, imagery, and reusable templates.
• Produce platform-appropriate content focused on reach, engagement, and watch time while handling multiple projects and deadlines.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can translate ideas, products, and complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content.

This is an on-site role based in Lahore. You will work closely with our Marketing, Media, Product, and other internal teams to shape how Melcor and its products are presented across digital platforms.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Melcor, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across our social media channels, websites, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other digital touchpoints.

The role goes beyond simply creating attractive graphics. We are looking for someone who understands how design contributes to attention, engagement, reach, follower growth, shares, comments, and overall brand recognition.

You should be comfortable taking a brief or idea, developing a strong visual direction, and adapting that concept into effective digital formats across major social and marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, carousels, Stories, Reels, thumbnails, banners, ads, presentations, infographics, and campaign creatives for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
• Create and edit short-form videos, motion graphics, product demos, subtitles, transitions, and promotional content.
• Work with Marketing, Media, and Product teams to turn briefs, scripts, campaign ideas, and product concepts into effective visual content.
• Maintain Melcor's visual identity across platforms through consistent typography, color, layout, imagery, and reusable design templates.
• Create platform-appropriate content focused on improving reach, engagement, follower growth, shares, saves, comments, and watch time, while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital design, social media, branding, marketing creatives, and visual communication.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• CapCut
• Experience creating and editing social media videos, Reels, Stories, motion graphics, and short-form content.
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography
• Layout
• Composition
• Color theory
• Spacing
• Branding
• Ability to understand a creative brief and independently develop it into an effective visual solution.
• Understanding of how creative formats and audience behavior differ across major social media platforms.

• Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and work effectively with Marketing, Media, Product, and other teams.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver multiple projects within deadlines.

Good to Have

• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or other modern design and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for technology, SaaS, software, AI, or other digital-product companies.
• Experience with animated typography, motion graphics, product demos, promotional videos, and other motion-led creative formats.
