Responsibilities

• Design visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, email templates, document design, presentation design, and customised infographics.
• Assist in the development of branding materials, including logos and style guides.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand and meet their design requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in multimedia designing or related work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint Presentation, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Additional skills in Adobe After Effects and 2D animation will be a plus.
• Familiarity with Canva for elementary creatives.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Good understanding of colour theory, typography, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and implement changes quickly.
