Horizon Tech is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong flair for visual storytelling and a passion for social media. This role combines graphic design with social media content creation, offering an exciting opportunity to shape brand identity across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating eye-catching visuals and managing content calendars, with a good understanding of current design trends and platform-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and campaign goals.
• Develop and present creative design concepts for digital and social media campaigns.
• Create high-quality designs and visual content using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Design assets including social media posts, reels, short animations, logos, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Manage and maintain the brand's visual identity across all social media platforms.
• Assist in planning and scheduling content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Stay up to date with design trends, social media algorithms, and content best practices.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions promptly to meet deadlines.
• Support team members with additional design tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of visual design, typography, and colour theory.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of digital and social media content formats and requirements.
• Familiarity with social media KPIs and analytics tools is a plus.
• Preferred Technical Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar tools (optional)
