Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in final semester) in Business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; no prior work experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced financial environment
• Based in or willing to relocate to Karachi

Responsibilities

• Rotate through key departments to gain a well-rounded understanding of foreign exchange operations
• Assist in day-to-day branch or head office functions under the guidance of senior staff
• Learn compliance, customer service, and financial transaction processes specific to the exchange industry
• Participate in training sessions and evaluations aimed at preparing you for a permanent role within the organization
• Support process improvement initiatives and contribute fresh ideas as you learn the business
