Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred).
• Strong academic standing and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced professionals across various departments (subject to placement).
• Participate in structured onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Gain exposure to real banking processes, systems, and workflows.
• Support ongoing projects and day-to-day departmental tasks.
• Attend learning sessions and mentorship touchpoints throughout the program.
