Job description

We are hiring a skilled Google Ads Specialist to lead and optimize our digital advertising efforts focused on generating phone call reservations and website bookings. This is a performance-driven role ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, particularly in the service-based business niche.

Responsibilities include:



Creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Search, Call-Only, and Performance Max formats


Generating high-quality phone call leads and online bookings


Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and precise audience targeting


Writing effective ad copy and coordinating with the web team to optimize landing pages


Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators such as CTR, CPI, ROAS, and conversions


Performing A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance


Collaborating closely with internal teams to align digital strategy with business objectives



Requirements:



1–2 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns for lead generation or service bookings


Solid understanding of conversion tracking, call tracking, and campaign optimization


Skilled in reducing cost per lead while ensuring lead quality


Familiar with tools like Google Analytics, Call Tracking, and Google Tag Manager


Strong communication skills and the ability to share performance insights with the team



Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):



Experience with Google Business Profile integration


Familiarity with luxury services, chauffeur businesses, or local service-based niches
