Job summary

Navigatorhr in Islamabad is seeking an Account & Tax Manager to lead day-to-day accounting and tax compliance. The role is full-time and onsite, with standard hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Pakistani tax laws, and proficiency with ERP software and Excel. Compensation ranges from PKR 130,000 to 150,000 per month, depending on experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of accounting and taxation experience.
Strong knowledge of Pakistani taxation and FBR regulations.
Experience with income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax.
Proficient in accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience with ERP software and Excel.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and cash flow.
Prepare and review tax returns, statements, and other tax-related documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant authorities when required.
Monitor tax deadlines and ensure timely submissions and payments.
Prepare budgets, financial analysis, and management reports.
Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and tax compliance.
Support management with financial insights and recommendations.
