INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Logistics Executive to join the Project Monitoring and Control team. The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and executing domestic and international logistics for multiple industries, ensuring material availability and timely shipments.

You will work with internal teams, 3PL warehouses, and external partners, handling documentation, customs, and records with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain.
• Exposure to domestic and international shipments is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics reporting tools is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments aligned with project timelines.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, transporters, and 3PL warehouses for bookings and dispatches.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders on status and delays.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and PTA/type approval requirements.
• Maintain shipment records and support audits and reporting.
