Job summary

ScaleMax Digital in Pakistan is seeking a proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to lead international client projects, coordinate with SEO, content, and development teams, and ensure on-time delivery.

This role requires 3+ years in project coordination or similar, strong SEO/digital marketing knowledge, and excellent client relationship skills. You will manage multiple projects, maintain timelines, and resolve client queries efficiently.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or account management.
• Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to deal confidently with international clients.
• Experience coordinating multiple client projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple international client accounts and marketing projects from start to finish.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients and build strong, long-term professional relationships.
• Communicate confidently with international clients and understand their business and marketing goals.
• Coordinate with SEO, content, development, and other internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Track project timelines, priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Manage client feedback, queries, and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
• Keep clients updated on project progress and communicate requirements clearly with internal teams.
