Habib Bank Limited in Pakistan seeks Head of International IS Privacy Research and Innovation to oversee risk assessments, policy development, and cross-border data protection activities across its international locations.

You will lead global privacy initiatives, coordinate with regional DPOs, ensure regulatory alignment (GDPR and local laws), drive security innovations, and build a center of excellence for privacy research and practical implementations.

Formación

• Bachelor's in CS/IT/InfoSec/Legal (Privacy/Law); Master’s in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or Privacy/Law preferred.
• CISSP or CISM certification preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience; 8-10 years international info security & privacy with 5 years leadership.
• Proven track record with GDPR and multi-jurisdiction regulators in banking.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee information security risk assessments of international locations.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Define the Bank’s privacy framework, ISO 27001/27701, in line with laws.
• Lead multi-country teams with time zone-aware operations.
• Ensure breach notification processes meet regulators' timelines.
• Drive privacy awareness and training tailored to local regulatory expectations.
