Navigatorhr is seeking a Marketing Intern to support digital campaigns and content across Lahore, on-site in Iqbal Town. The role offers a 3-month internship with a potential full-time transition based on performance.

Stipend ranges PKR 40,000–50,000 per month, with work hours 5:00 PM–12:00 AM, Monday to Friday. Ideal for fresh graduates or students in Marketing/Media/Communications with strong English writing skills.

Qualifications

Strong passion for digital marketing and brand strategy.
Excellent written English communication and copywriting abilities.
Familiarity with digital platforms, email marketing tools, and basic analytics.
Creative problem-solver who enjoys experimenting with multi-channel campaigns.
Fresh graduates or students pursuing Marketing, Media, or Communications degrees.
Ability to work 100% on-site during designated hours.

Responsibilities

Support digital marketing campaigns, content alignment, and brand awareness activities.
Assist with designing and executing targeted email marketing campaigns.
Research target industries, trends, and competitor marketing strategies to identify new opportunities.
Support social media presence and engagement strategies across corporate platforms.
Monitor, track, and report on campaign engagement and marketing performance metrics.
Collaborate with sales and lead generation teams to align content with client acquisition goals.
