Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. is seeking a Manager - Global CM Documentation & Industrialization Hub to establish and lead a centralized capability supporting engineering documentation, industrialization readiness, governance, and knowledge management across our global Contract Manufacturing and OEM network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, 10+ years in related fields.
Experience in contract manufacturing, OEM management, or external manufacturing.
Proven leadership in global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead the Global CM Documentation & Industrialization Hub with governance.
Own the CM Portal, Idea Portal, and knowledge management roadmap.
Develop scalable documentation standards and templates.
Standardize technology transfer documentation and readiness assessments.
Collaborate with regional directors and cross-functional leaders.
