Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to own the global AR function, optimize cash flow, and ensure timely collections across regions. You will lead a cross‑functional team and implement robust credit policies to protect assets.

Responsibilities include forecasting revenue, ensuring IFRS/GAAP compliance, and delivering AR analytics using Power BI and ERP systems while improving processes in a multinational, on‑site setup in Islamabad.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required.
• 5–6 years in AR with leadership experience preferred.
• Proficiency in IFRS/GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own AR processes across geographies, ensuring policy alignment.
• Establish credit policies to minimize risk and protect assets.
• Ensure timely collections and engage agencies when needed.
• Provide revenue forecasts and cash flow projections with Sales.
• Deliver AR reporting including aging, KPIs, and insights.
