Job summary

Ravi Apparel is seeking an experienced Export Manager to drive its international growth. You will identify buyers, negotiate terms, and coordinate sampling, production, and delivery with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and export expertise are essential for building lasting relationships with global partners.

You will collaborate with leadership, merchandising, production, quality, logistics, and finance to ensure excellent buyer experience and successful market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Experience in apparel/textile exports and international sales is preferred.
• Strong understanding of costing, quotations, export documentation, shipping and payment terms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international buyers, brands, retailers, wholesalers, and sourcing partners.
• Research new export markets and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage quotations and orders.
• Coordinate product development, sampling, approvals, and order confirmation with buyers and internal teams.
• Monitor exports, timelines, and ensure orders meet buyer requirements and delivery.
