Entry-Level Glazier in Lahore, Pakistan


A dynamic and growing glass installation company in Lahore is seeking an entry-level Glazier to join our team. As a Glazier, you will be responsible for cutting, installing, replacing, and repairing various types of glass products such as windows, doors, mirrors, and shower enclosures. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the glazing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut glass according to specified dimensions using hand tools or glass cutting machines
- Install and secure glass panes into frames using clips, moldings or other types of fasteners
- Replace broken or cracked glass panes in windows, doors, and other structures
- Read and interpret blueprints or diagrams to determine installation requirements
- Use sealants around edges of installed glass panes to waterproof them
- Fabricate metal frames for installation if necessary
- Repair or replace damaged window frames and sashes
- Clean up work areas after completing jobs

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (preferably with vocational training)
- Basic understanding of math and measurement units
- Ability to use hand tools such as saws, drills, grinders etc.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Good time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Biometric passport required (valid for at least 6 months)

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is 1300$ per month. However, we are willing to negotiate a higher salary for candidates with prior experience in the glazing industry.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan. However, we are open to considering candidates from other cities within Pakistan who are willing to relocate.
