Job summary

Roche Diagnostics Pakistan, based in Lahore, leads in precision medicine and genomic profiling within the FMI framework. You will manage a territory across the Central and North regions, building expert partnerships with clinicians while promoting FMI's genomic testing portfolio.

You will engage with oncologists and tumor boards, develop regional business plans, and drive market access strategies for advanced diagnostics. A strong scientific background and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacy (Pharm-D) or related Life Sciences.
• 3–5 years of commercial/territory management experience in pharma/diagnostics in Pakistan.
• Strong knowledge in Oncology or Molecular Diagnostics/Genomics and willingness to learn personalized medicine.

Responsibilities

• Own the Central and North region by building high-level partnerships with oncologists, pathologists and tumor boards.
• Champion FMI’s genomic testing portfolio and support appropriate use with HCPs.
• Develop regional business plans, analyze market dynamics and map institutional accounts.
