Job summary

Roche Foundation Medicine Pakistan, based in Lahore, seeks a commercial professional to lead territory development across Central and North regions. As FMI representative, you will build high-level partnerships with oncologists and tumor boards, champion genomic testing adoption, and shape strategic plans for site-wide implementation of CGP-based pathways.

You will consult top clinicians, expand your market acumen, and drive regional growth while navigating hospital ecosystems and patient access

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Pharmacy (Pharm‑D) or related Life Sciences.
3–5 years of successful commercial or territory management experience in pharma or diagnostics in Pakistan.
Strong Oncology or Molecular Diagnostics/Genomics focus and interest in personalized medicine.
A demonstrated strategic mindset with ability to analyze markets and plan long-term.
Established or growing network among regional oncologists; willingness to travel extensively.
Excellent communication, storytelling and negotiation skills; ability to translate science into value.

Responsibilities

Own your territory and build high-level partnerships with key clinicians and tumor boards across Central and North regions.
Champion FMI’s genomic testing portfolio and support appropriate use through scientific dialogue with HCPs.
Develop disease knowledge and consult confidently with medical experts on complex oncology data.
Drive regional commercial targets with data-driven territory planning and execution.
Collaborate with FMI Business Manager to co-create regional business blueprints and map accounts.
Work across hospital ecosystems to streamline genomic testing workflows from sample to report.
