Hiring for Generalist HR & Accounts:

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced Accounts & HR Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing all HR operations while also handling general accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Laptop ordering and updates
  2. Email ID creation for new employees
  3. HR documentation, bonds, employment contracts
  4. Preparing employee KPI and bonus sheets
  5. Preparing KPI and bonus sheets for the Key Accounts and BD teams
  6. Maintaining service contracts of HR Ways clients and verifying all signed documents
  7. Preparing salary sheets
  8. Discussing monthly salary sheets with management (considering leave, remote work, part-time adjustments)
  9. Reminding management of annual and bi-annual increments and bond expirations
  10. Requesting attendance records from admin for payroll adjustments
  11. Disbursing salary through payroll portal
  12. Sending payslips to employees
  13. Syncing with accounts to update bonus sheets monthly
  14. Running bonus cycle on 15th after review
  15. Informing employees about bonuses via message
  16. Addressing employee queries regarding salary, bonus, increments, taxation, and OPD
  17. Handling employee OPD approvals and disbursements
  18. Updating employees on OPD clearance and bill verification
  19. Sending monthly KPI summaries and resolving related queries
  20. Ordering stationery for employees
  21. Maintaining logs of company assets like mobile phones, laptops, batteries
  22. Selling old laptops and arranging supplies of new ones; onboarding vendors as needed
  23. Coordinating with internet service providers for technical issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or HR
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting and HR
  • Strong understanding of Pakistan tax regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
