GSK Pakistan in Karachi is seeking a packing operations technician to support day-to-day manufacturing activities on-site. You will work with operators, engineers and quality colleagues to keep production safe, reliable and efficient, following procedures and reporting issues promptly.

Qualification: minimum DAE or graduate with 2 years in manufacturing or packaging; read procedures, handle basic tools, and be reliable for on-site shifts. On-the-job learning and clear growth paths are offered.

Responsabilités

• Execute tasks per plan provided by Supervisor/Area FLL/Management.
• Carry out operations in Blistering, Blowing, Filling, Packaging and Stores/QC area.
• Ensure quality and EHS compliance by following QMS and EHS standards.
• Complete and maintain records/documents for production/packaging area.
• Operate machines, support production and complete tasks per SOPs.

Position Summary

You will support day-to-day packing operations at our Pakistan facility. You will work with operators, engineers, and quality colleagues to keep production safe, reliable, and efficient. Key Responsibilties

Execute the task as per plan provided by Supervisor/Area FLL/ Management Carry out operations in the following areas: Blistering, Blowing, Filling, Packing & Packing Stores/ Quarantine Area To ensure quality and EHS compliance by following QMS and EHS standards in Day to Day Job. Perform all packaging activities within the production department & ensure area readiness as per standard compliance requirement. Conduct Area/line clearance, changeovers and perform in-process checks as required. Complete and maintain all relevant records/documents pertaining to the production/ packaging area. Operate machines, support production and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks & area documents as per requirement. Complete task assigned as per SOPs on daily basis

Qualification

Qualification: Minimum DAE or Graduate with relevant experience 2 years of experience in manufacturing, packaging, or an industrial environment. Ability to read and follow written procedures and basic technical instructions. Comfortable using hand tools and basic production equipment. Reliable attendance and willingness to work on-site shifts Basic spoken and written Urdu or English to follow procedures and report issues.
