Job Description

The company is seeking a Café & Bakery General Manager to lead our flagship location, bringing third-wave coffee culture and premium bakery offerings to Pakistan. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with deep expertise in café and bakery management, ensuring operational excellence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of a specialty coffee and bakery outlet
  • Manage full P&L responsibility, optimize costs, and drive profitability
  • Lead and inspire a team of 30+ staff across café and bakery divisions
  • Maintain premium quality standards for coffee and bakery products
  • Implement coffee education initiatives and third-wave coffee best practices
  • Manage relationships with international coffee suppliers and local vendors
  • Ensure customer service excellence and create memorable experiences
  • Maintain strict food safety and HACCP compliance
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in food service management, with at least 2+ years in specialty coffee/premium bakery
  • Strong expertise in third-wave coffee culture, brewing methods, and global trends
  • Proven track record in P&L management and team leadership
  • SCA certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain
  • Proficiency in restaurant management systems, POS software, and Excel
  • Fluency in English and Urdu
Details

Experience: 5+ years

Work Timings: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Work Days: Monday - Saturday (Alternate Saturday will be ON)

Location: Karachi - Onsite

Salary: Market Competitive
