Job summary

People Perfect seeks a Programme Associate (GBV) in Karachi to support the planning, implementation and reporting of GBV activities. The role focuses on survivor-centered case management, data protection and cross-functional coordination.

You will work with the Protection Unit, engaging with government and partners to strengthen access to services and ensure safe referrals for women and children affected by GBV. Proficiency in English and Urdu is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in development studies, social sciences, gender studies, law, human rights or related field.
• Experience in protection and GBV information management is an asset.
• Understanding of data protection and safe data handling.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting of GBV activities in Karachi.
• Provide survivor-centred GBV case management services.
• Maintain confidential case records using GBVIMS or similar systems.
• Guide referrals and coordinate with services for survivors.
• Conduct GBV awareness sessions and community engagement.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder contacts to improve access to services.
