Job summary

HRSI seeks a Functional Oracle HCM Consultant in Lahore to lead implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM and payroll systems for a major Pakistani conglomerate. You will drive solution development, handle upgrades, and work with HR and Finance to optimize processes.

The role requires deep Oracle HCM experience, including EBS HRMS or Fusion HCM Cloud, with strong stakeholder collaboration and project management skills. On-site work in Lahore is expected.

Qualifications

• ACCA or MBA or bachelor degree with relevant career experience.
• Oracle Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle HCM applications, payroll, and customized applications changes at production as per policies and procedures.
• End-to-end Oracle ERP implementation experience.
• Gather requirements, design, develop, and test Oracle EBS HRMS or Fusion HCM Cloud applications.
• Oversee system administration activities to ensure policy adherence.
• Coordinate with power users and other departments for issue resolutions.
• Provide functional support to HR and Finance payroll divisions for development and upgrades of the system and reports.
• Raise SRs with Oracle and follow up until resolution.
• Perform business process re-engineering for new user requirements.
• Research new technologies like Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and propose best practices.

Job Overview:

This role serves as the subject matter expert for the Oracle HCM and Payroll applicationsand is responsible for providing solution development, implementation, operational andproject support to empower business users and support future upgrades. Business Analystleverages deep business process knowledge and functional experience with Oracle HCM,
payroll and customized applications to drive continuous improvement and processsimplify. Business Analyst partners with key stakeholders to understand business needsand formulate solutions using Oracle application features and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• ACCA or MBA or bachelor degree with relevant career experience

• 5-6 years of relevant experience (at least 2 end to end implementations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementing Oracle HCM applications, payroll, and customizedapplications related changes at production instance according to pre-definedpolicies and procedures.
• Full cycle Oracle ERP implementation experience.
• Hands on experience in requirements gathering, design, development, and testingof Oracle EBS HRMS or Fusion HCM Cloud applications.
• Excellent planning, organizing and project management skills.
• Oversee Oracle HCM and payroll system administration activities to ensureadherence with company policies.
• Impact analysis of setup changes.
• Coordination with power/key users and other departments for issue resolutions.
• Provide functional support to HR and Finance payroll division for the developmentand up-gradation of system and reports.
• Raising SRs with Oracle for different issues and following up till resolution
• Business process re-engineering according to new requirements of the users
• Expertise and knowledge in the functional side of the Oracle EBS HRMS and Fusion HCM Cloud applications.
• Sound end to end functional knowledge and hands on exposure of Oracle HRMSapplications in different business areas.
• Research and development of new technologies e.g. Oracle fusion HCM cloudapplications, Oracle EBS applications, customized applications, with specific timeframe and propose the best practice and cost-effective recommendations.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical team, maintainingrelationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, and application users.
