Q3Logics Inc. is seeking a full-time Accountant to support accurate accounting and reporting for multiple clients. This remote role requires maintaining reliable financial records and providing timely reports to support day-to-day operations and informed business decisions.

Responsibilities include recording transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing monthly statements, monitoring cash flow, audits, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Practical experience with bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliations.
• Ability to prepare and review income statements, balance sheets, cash-flow reports, and supporting schedules.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, expense tracking, and payment processing.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools, including Excel or equivalent.
• Understanding of financial controls, documentation standards, and audit-ready record keeping.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical thinking, and careful attention to detail.
• Ability to organize competing deadlines, investigate variances, and follow through independently.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordination with remote colleagues and business partners.
• Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive financial and company information.

Q3Logics is an emerging technology startup delivering e-commerce, software, and industrial electronic solutions. For our ERP and Accounting services business line, we are seeking a full-time Accountant to support accurate accounting and reporting for multiple clients. This role is remote, with Karachi, Pakistan listed as the job location.

The Accountant will maintain reliable financial records for all of Q3Logic's clients and provide timely reporting to support day-to-day operations and informed business decisions. Responsibilities include:

• Record and reconcile transactions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank activity.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
• Monitor invoices, payments, expenses, and cash flow; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation for audits and tax reporting.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, and closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to obtain accurate financial information and meet deadlines.

The successful candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong communication and sound judgment are important when handling confidential financial information.

We require full-time availability (8 hours per day), so please do not apply if you are not available online full time. Though we're setting up the business line and have few customers currently, and therefore not many transactions, clients have queries and sometimes share their transaction records in bulk, so we need full-time availability.
