We're looking for a self-sufficient Full Stack Software Developer with strong experience in .NET and React to join our team. You'll be working across the stack, contributing to both legacy systems and modern micro frontends. This is not a junior role — we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, ask the right questions, and collaborate effectively to deliver customer-focused solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain features across the full stack — from .NET back-end services to modern React-based UIs.
• Work within a mix of legacy monoliths and modern micro frontends, helping modernize and extend our platforms.
• Ship pragmatic, production-ready features that solve real problems — and avoid getting stuck chasing perfection.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and other developers to refine requirements and improve the user experience.
• Navigate and refactor complex, messy, or undocumented code when needed.
• Occasionally contribute to mobile codebases where necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.8, and ideally some exposure to .NET Core.
• Solid understanding of React with TypeScript.
• Comfortable working in both legacy and modern codebases, including monolithic architectures and micro frontends.
